Going into the labor-day weekend my AC gave-out. Called Swiss Air at 8:00 pm and received a call from an HVAC tech. within half an hour. Explained the problem and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Our tech., Zach, arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem. I found him prompt, efficient, and polite, and do not hesitate in offing him (and Swiss Air) five stars.
