Called Swiss Air today and within 10 minutes I had a return call and an estimated arrival time. Zach was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained in detail what he needed to do. He had our problem fixed in no time. We had our furnace installed by Swiss Air and maintenance and service since that time has been excellent. The technicians are top notch and the office staff always friendly. A good company that cares for its customers. Give them a call!
