I haven't had the opportunity (or the finances) to try every sushi joint in town, but of the lot I've been to, Sushi Den is easily the best in my book because of the quality of the fish and the selection. They have some of the more exotic fish, unlike the typical sushi joint in Denver. Some people have said that its the place to be seen, and some have disdained its yuppiness. The only thing that draws me to this place is fresh sushi, and fresh sushi is what I get. A friend of mine did get less than fresh once, so I guess it does happen occasionally. Sake selection is pretty good (not as extensive as say Domo's), but they don't have a great many rolls (like Banzai). They do have non-sushi menu items, and the few I've tried have been very good.
Pros: Fresh fish, Reasonable prices
Cons: Crowded, Inadequate parking, Service varies
