recent visit for concern of engine light 3/19/2012

I had such a wonderful experience with the visit, 3.15.12. Sandra was kind, sweet, helpful and welcoming. Sandra stressed to me that my concerns will be looked into concerning my dodge truck. My vehicle was back on the road and operating in 3 days. Donald and Sandra staff perform intense diagnostic testing on my vehicle. And billed the services exclusively to the warranty/ insurance company. I will definitely return in the future. So many service centers take advantage of consumers. Well, im satisfied that i have a wonderful establishment to bring my car to. And i will be billed fairly. Thank You Sandra, Donald....T Wyatt more

Excellent professional service. Nice people to deal with. Complex problem not found by other repair places was found quickly, and fixed in a timely fashion. Everything was explained clearly. Car is running fantastic now! Thanks guys!! Will return for other repairs. more

RIP OFF 9/30/2011

They are rip offs. If you are a lady and you dont have in dept knowledge about cars, please stay away from this auto shop. When they see this they completely take advantage of your car. It is a family of thieves. The lady invites you in with her charming voice with her ulterior motives. RIP OFF!!!! They will drain you completely and put you in very tight position. Please stay away from Surgical Auto repairs, mt vernon because they are a family of rip offs more

THEY ARE COMPLETE RIPS OFFS. THEY CREATE PROBLEMS FOR THE CAR. THE LADY INVITES YOU IN WITH HER CHARMING VOICE AND TAKE COMPETE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THEY MESS UP THE CAR AND MAKE THE PROBLEM WORST AND PUT YOU IN A TOUGH SPOT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAMILY OF THIEVES more

This last week was my first time coming here. I found everyone there to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I came for a just an oil change because the prices were great. They did it quickly and I was on my way in no time. I will be using them again in the future. more

Good place for repair 8/16/2011

I found a good place for my Corolla repair. Sometimes I need just basic service such as a tune up and oil change but this past week I had to have CV joints replaced because it kept making a popping noise upon making left turns. I felt that the service was quick and painless now my car does not make that noise and I feel great. more

Fair 8/11/2011

I dealt with Donald at Surgical Auto Repair for engine repairs to my Altima. We changed the timing belt and did a thorough tune up and oil change, checked the brakes and rotors. I felt the service was great and cost reasonable and fair. more
