Surgical Auto Repair has been my one and only "go to" place for my car over the past 5 years.I use my car extensively for commuting 120 miles a day / 3 days a week to work plus a very active personal schedule. Knowing that my car is reliable is critically improtant to me. Since I started coming to Surgical, I've never encountered any surprise car issues while on the road or any unpleasant surprise breakdowns relating to my car that caused stress or safety concerns. The 7 year old car drives like a brand new car to me with no signs of losing its performance. Having one less thing to worry about is great as driving is such a significant part of my lifestyle. No car related drama is definitely welcome!!! I am so impressed by Donald and Sandra's professionalism and genuine care for their customers. They are always helpful and I fully trust their opinions and recommendations, which is built on my many years of interactions with them as their customer. They always take the time to explain things to me in a non-elf serving way assisting me in making comfortable decisions that meet my personal expectations about my car. I want to recommend Surgical Auto Repair to any car owner in need of repairs and maintenance. Surgical is the only auto repair shop that I have trusted since owning my first car in 2000. As a first-time car owner, I had several questions about repairs I was amazed to see how patient Donald was in answering them all and the lay man term that he used for me to understand. My biggest impression that day is when I was told that my brakes were good when I brought the car, so when Donald told me that I needed brakes I was a little surprised, he took the time to take off my front brakes and compared it with a new set that he had waiting for another customer and I learned that day what a good set of brake pads looked like compared to a bad set, my brakes were metal the term he used. I have been a customer for over ten years now and do not plan on going to anyone else even though the distance is no longer right around the corner. Their prices are always super competitive for the quality service that they provided. There is no need to go anywhere else. You won't find a more honest, fair, and customer-service oriented place of business in the Westchester area. more

I was so impressed with Donald's honesty, ethics, and outgoing friendly personality, that I have been going back with all ofmy cars (new and used). I have sent family members and friends to him without a second thought as to how well they would be treated. In a sea of tarnished un-reputable repair shops he is the undisputed shining light of honesty that you can always trust. In August of 2009 my husband myself and our two boys have travelled to White Plains NY to visit our family. On our way back to FL our mini van shuts off with us on the Bronx River Pkwy. This was shear terror with a 3 & 5 yrs old. We call a family member who found Surgical Auto Repair in the yellow pages for us we have our mini van towed to their facility. Their professionalism and friendliness was beyon what we were expecting, Sandra did everything to keep our boys calm, in less than 20 minutes Donald came in and told us that the gas filter line had fallen off and what was more shocking was when Sandra said no charge for the Service to reattach the gas line, in all our times of going into any service facility we have never heard the words NO CHARGE they could have told us anything seeing that we have out of State License Plates on. They have proven to us that there are still good honest repair shops out there. Sandra & Donald you guys are super organized, honest, trustworthy and level headed people. I went to Surgical Auto Repair 3 yrs ago and has been going back, because of the quality repair and service I have been getting. Sandra & Donald took the time to explain what service I needed then and what could wait my 2000 BMW has never ran better & has never left me on the road since I have been going to Surgical there prices is much less than the dealer and I believed I have gotten the same service or better. Donald's diagnostic work is the best he has never misdiagnose my car and I never have to take it back to him for the same problem. I recommed any one how may need quality work to call Surgical. R.
