Surgical Auto Repair has been my one and only "go to" place for my car over the past 5 years.I use my car extensively for commuting 120 miles a day / 3 days a week to work plus a very active personal schedule. Knowing that my car is reliable is critically improtant to me. Since I started coming to Surgical, I've never encountered any surprise car issues while on the road or any unpleasant surprise breakdowns relating to my car that caused stress or safety concerns. The 7 year old car drives like a brand new car to me with no signs of losing its performance. Having one less thing to worry about is great as driving is such a significant part of my lifestyle. No car related drama is definitely welcome!!!
I am so impressed by Donald and Sandra's professionalism and genuine care for their customers. They are always helpful and I fully trust their opinions and recommendations, which is built on my many years of interactions with them as their customer. They always take the time to explain things to me in a non-elf serving way assisting me in making comfortable decisions that meet my personal expectations about my car. I would recommend this place to everyone for their cars!!
