In August of 2009 my husband myself and our two boys have travelled to White Plains NY to visit our family. On our way back to FL our mini van shuts off with us on the Bronx River Pkwy. This was shear terror with a 3 & 5 yrs old. We call a family member who found Surgical Auto Repair in the yellow pages for us we have our mini van towed to their facility. Their professionalism and friendliness was beyon what we were expecting, Sandra did everything to keep our boys calm, in less than 20 minutes Donald came in and told us that the gas filter line had fallen off and what was more shocking was when Sandra said no charge for the Service to reattach the gas line, in all our times of going into any service facility we have never heard the words NO CHARGE they could have told us anything seeing that we have out of State License Plates on. They have proven to us that there are still good honest repair shops out there. Sandra & Donald you guys are super organized, honest, trustworthy and level headed people. Please keep up the good work and for all those who are looking for an honest, trustworthy, caring & friendly auto repair shop please look no more call Surgical.
