Superior was Superior..I called at 8 a.m. with a sump pump problem and Cliff was here by 12:15. Since it was a quick fix I was only charged the $37.50 service call charge. Cliff spent time being sure the pump was cycling again. Will definitely use Superior again. Also Paige was very efficient booking the appointment, sending phots ID's and calling to let me know Cliff was on his way. more

I called Superior to replace a stripped shower/tub diverter valve. Rick came out and did a tremendous job replacing the old setup and installing the new one. He is extremely talented at his craft, and his installation job was much better than what he replaced. It truly looks like the plumbing is original to the house! He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He allowed me to watch, ask questions, and learn the detailed process of this home repair. I will certainly reach back out to Superior for any future plumbing needs. more

This Team provided Superior custom service. Madison was quick to find our records when I called in for service and felt positive she could get assistance for us same day. The appointment was booked between 12:00 - 2:00. She called back at 11:30 to say they were on their way. Dave and Alex arrived within 2 hours of my original call and were extremely personable. They were also very professional in quickly resolving our plumbing issue. They even went an extra mile to check pressure on our hot water heater while they were there. They were excellent!!!!!!!! 1/12/18,Superior Plumbing employee Seth was on time, professional and gave me the cheapest fix and the most expensive fix. I chose the cheap fix when he took care of the leak from my guest bathroom tub. He puttied the drain and checked the overflow and found a pipe that was crooked so he siliconed around it. I have used Superior several times before and always satisified. Rating a 5 star. more

I'm not sure how appliances know, but they seem programed to quit on holiday weekends. The water heater started leaking just before New Year's. Called Superior Plumbing at the end of the day on Saturday and a new water heater had been installed by noon on Monday (the next working day, which also happened to be New Year's Day). The quality of Superior Plumbing's initial customer response, the follow-up and the competence and professionalism of the plumber who did the installation was, in fact, superior. No hesitation in recommending this company. more

This is actually a thanks to two Superior Plumbers: John DeAngelis and Jason Hendricks. I had a leak in a pipe in my garage and needed a plumber - fast! I called Superior and they sent John DeAngelis. He had to cut into the ceiling to find the leak. But, once he found it, he realized that it was from the main water line leading into the townhome I live in. This required a call to the HOA management office. John stayed with me for almost an hour while I tried to reach someone. He could have said, "Good luck with that,,,Bye bye!" but he didn't. As it turned out, he could not fix the problem that day (the line to the entire bldg. needed to be shut off), so I had to wait until the HOA sent out a plumber. That plumber came and fixed the problem (he did a good job, but I believe I was overcharged for the effort, especially since John did the grunt work on finding the leak). So, that night, now that I had the leak fixed, I was feeling pretty good until my water heater went out on me! So, I called Superior again and once again, they sent out a plumber the same day and at the time when I could meet him. This plumber was Jason Hendricks. He explained that my water heater was original equipment from 1982 and needed some major Code overhauls, which he did. I wasn't happy about the news, but I vey much appreciated that he explained it all to me and how he was going to fix my problem. He then replaced my water heater within the time he estimated and cleaned up afterwards. So, to sum up, I had two good plumbing experiences with Superior on two separate problems within few days. I hope like heck I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'm going to call... more
