Joel Anthis was prompt, courteous, and quite informative. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately the 1st and only time. I would never hestitate to call Superior again.

Plumbing Woes 7/27/2017

Ken was very professional and took his time to do a great job on both my toilet and PRV outside. The PRV was over 30 years old and registering 95 psi. Ken took his time and did an outstanding job. I just wasn't expecting this high of a bill and it seemed a little over priced. Besides that, he did an outstanding job. more

Only Plumber We Use! 7/19/2017

We have an older house and we love Superior! The Call Center associates are always so wonderful. And the people who come to the house are professional and helpful,and always know what they are doing. Today, Brent replaced our kitchen faucet and the inside of two toilets backs that were builder grade over 20 years old. Brent also checked out the water pressure coming into the house. Maintaining our plumbing is something easy for us to do when we have a great company like Superior. We will continue to use them whenever we have any issues or need maintenance. Thanks Superior!!! more

Great response 7/14/2017

My usual plumber was slow to react to my serious problem of a water leak outside my house. Superior reacted quickly and sent Wed Lamb who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. more

Superior Service 7/6/2017

Darryl Dixon was above and beyond with the service he provided! He stayed the whole day (right before a holiday) and wouldn't leave until all the work was completed (there were some delaying issues that he worked through) and done right. He accurately diagnosed the problem, expertly corrected it and patiently tested the results to insure all was right and fixed. There were no hidden costs and the price for the work was very reasonable. I cannot recommend him or his company enough! So happy! more

Repair leak 7/5/2017

Seth Plante repaired the leak which was the reason I called Superior and in addition checked the water pressure and found It to be way to high. He corrected that problem and suggested that I buy a pressure gauge so that I could check it myself periodically. The high pressure in my system had caused expensive damage. Mr. Plante was courteous and friendly, very easy to talk to and he explained what our problem was so we knew what we were paying fjojr. more

I've had John fix several issues in our 1985-built house. He is one of the few home contractor people I trust, he does good work at a fair price, he has generally not been wrong in his assessments so far and has fixed "for good" several issues that others fixed incorrectly. more
