Joel Anthis was prompt, courteous, and quite informative. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately the 1st and only time. I would never hestitate to call Superior again.

Great Job 12/8/2017

I called after hours expecting to leave message but Melissa answered and was extremely helpful in getting Rick out the next afternoon. Rick was professional, looked at my problem (a faulty kitchen faucet) and gave me options in case I wanted to move forward. I know precisely who I’ll call if I have problems installing a new faucet. And besides, Superior has the best jingle on the radio! more

Great Plumbing Service 12/6/2017

Tom Shields with Superior Plumbing replaced my sewer pump and did an excellent job. He educated me on the product and what I need to do to keep it functioning properly. He was very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. He left the area cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. They dispatched the plumber to my home the same day I called even though it was not an emergency. more

Jason Hendrix has done several plumbing repairs at my home. He is excellent. He communicates well and provides the best in repair service. When calling Superior for repair needs I always ask for him. Called one day, new hot water heater installed the next. They were here at 8:30am to begin work. I came home that day after 40 days of hospital & rehab. more

Main drain line clog 11/20/2017

I contacted Superior Plumbing after seeing a Trust Dale ad. I spoke with Emily, she was very pleasant and helpful. She said that they could have someone come out between 11am & 2pm today. She called me back later and told me that Tom could be there shortly.He arrived about noon. He was very polite and proffessional. He asked if we were on a septic. I said we're supose to be on sewer (I was told when we purchased the home). Tom checked all around the house for septic. He cleaned the main drain line thoughly & ran his camera. He showed me that the water was flowing good and was draining into a septic system. Tom recommened I get some Rid-Ex and run through the toilet, and have the septic system pumped as soon as I could. Thanks to tom's professional work, I now know that I have a septic system & what to do for it.. Thanks for the fast great service. R,E. Coleman Jr. more

Ken Was A Great Technician 11/13/2017

I made an appointment for three simple (I thought) items. Once Ken arrived he investigated and found the key problem was the pressure regulator from the street. Ken was very thorough, did a good job of explaining the problems and pros/cons of repair. I also did not feel as if he was trying to upsell me. Efficient and friendly. more
