We called Superior Plumbing in for what seemed to be a minor job, but turned into major work that required a full day's work and was quite expensive. Erick, the plumber who was sent to our home, was terrific in assessing the problem and explaining it clearly to us. He worked tirelessly throughout the day, updating us about the progress and what kind of potential problems we need to look out for in the future. He came across as highly competent, trustworthy, and an all-around good guy. Time will tell about the repairs but we are glad that Eric was the plumber Superior sent.
