My hot water heater died, and I thought things were going to be a long-drawn out affair. It was great to find a service that had 24 hour people manning the phone and to get someone to out to the house within a few hours, and have equipment necessary to complete the replacement in only few hours. The service technician Jason Hendricks was professional, efficient, answered all my questions and took exceptional care of me. I would Superior use again and will recommend to any one that needs service.
