Joel Anthis was prompt, courteous, and quite informative. He diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately the 1st and only time. I would never hestitate to call Superior again.

Excellent Service 6/14/2016

Seth P. from Superior did a great job. He was clean, introduced himself and told of his background. He located the problem, discussed with me and then provided an estimate. He worked diligently to get the job completed even though it was late in afternoon. When turning the water back on he checked all inside fixtures to make sure they were working and even made adjustments where needed. I would use Superior again and would request Seth for the job. Excellent Service! more

Wes Lamb did an outstanding job repairing my water line 6/10/2016

I called Superior early this morning and they promptly dispatched an expert plumber the same afternoon. Wes Lamb was courteous and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired a chronic problem with a leaking water line in my front yard, that 2 previous plumbers had attempted to repair, but obviously did not apply the same know-how and quality that Wes used to solve the issue. Joel Anthis with Superior Plumbing 6/9/2016

Joel Anthis with Superior Plumbing came out to my house when I had a leak from the water filter under the kitchen sink. He not only replaced the faucet to stop the leak (the leak was actually the cold water pipe from the water faucet), but he also replaced the old water regulator since it was not working. Since he was there, I went ahead and had him put in a garbage disposal, since the former owner had her's removed. Always professional. more

Water Heater Problems and Water Pressure too High 6/7/2016

Michael Begitschke the Technician provided us a good experience. He arrived on time and was very Professional and Clean. He conducted a review of the Plumbing problems, and before he started the work he explained the problems with the Water pressure that damaged the Water heater, gave us options and prices. Household Plumbing 6/6/2016

We had 3 small plumbing tasks, replace a kitchen faucet and change the backflow prevention values on two outside spigots. All jobs done to our satisfaction. Emily kept us informed on status while we were waiting for Ken's arrival. Ken was on time. Provided a professional evaluation of the situation. Outstanding. They made an appointment the same day I called. I was called 30 min. prior to the service rep. arriving. I also rcvd an email with his picture and name. He diagnosed my problem quickly, covered options to correct the problem, covered things to watch for in the future. He then quickly fixed the problem and we were able to take care of payment on the spot. My receipt arrived on email. This is the second time I have used Superior and their service is such that they will always be my first call more

Keith Hall and Superior Plumbing 5/21/2016

All of the staff at Superior Plumbing did a wonderful job. The issue was not straight forward and required precise timing. First the original problem had to be diagnosed correctly. After that was done, the potential repair led to another related problem that had to be fixed. As I live in a condominium building the water to the whole building had to be off for a specific advertised timeframe. The team was vey professional in scheduling and tracking everything and the repairs were made during the allotted time frame, Keith did a wonderful job of diagnosing al of the issues and completing the repairs perfectly. In addition, he explained something to me about the water supply to my unit that potentially very important that I otherwise would not have known. Great work by Superior Plumbing! more

Plumbing 5/15/2016

This is the first time using Superior. Water heater went out late Sunday afternoon. They had their plumber there at 8:30 Monday morning. The plumber was very professional and explained all cost before starting.The installation was professional and everything was cleaned up before he left. I will use them in any future plumbing needs. more
