Superior Plumbing is my go-to for anything plumbing related. Maybe they are a little higher priced than others, but I would rather pay the little bit extra to get excellent customer service and that is what I receive each and every time I use them. Brent is the plumber I ask for each and every time. He is the best of the best! Always professional, thorough, and explains everything to me. The last job completed was replacement of my water heater. The company walked me through a disaster as water was flooding by basement. Thank you Brent and to your office staff for your exemplary work! Ask for Brent......best plumber out there!!! Superior Plumbing.....excellent company.....professional.....stand by their product.....excellent customer EXPERIENCE all the way around....from the first phone call to the minute Brent drives away! Professional and responsive 11/10/2016

High ratings for professionalism. Too costly for my job. Pipe was exposed (digging had been done) and all fixtures were provided (couplings, elbows, pvc pipe which cost less than $4.00). Quote to perform this 15 minute job was over $300. Had I not dug the 2 foot square hole it would have cost over $500. Did the job myself for less than $20. All interface with Superior folks was very professional however. Time is money. more

Service on November 8,2016 11/8/2016

Seth P. did a great job installing a new water heater for me today. I am selling my house and the problem with my water heater was found during the home inspection. This issue needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. Seth didn't have a unit on his truck but he found another worker who had one so he went to that location, got the unit, came back and got it installed. Many thanks to Seth for all his help! more

HWH replacement 11/7/2016

I called Superior Plumbing to replace some pin holed Cu water lines. They were to arrive on 31OCT2016. The day before my 20 year old HWH developed a leak. When Superior Plumbing arrived the next day without any knowledge of my HWH leak, they just happened to have an exact replacement HWH on their van. Awesome! more

HWH replacement 11/4/2016

I originally engaged Superior Plumbing to replace my 40 year old pin holed Cu piping. They were to arrive on Monday 31 Oct 2016. The day before, my 20 year old hot water heater developed a leak. When Dave Anderson and his son Alex arrived the following day they just happened to have a hot water heater of the exact replacement specs on their truck. Awesome and brilliant. Dave and Alex are a great team, very professional and competent. And Superior Plumbing is definitely SUPERIOR! more

Replacement of hot water heater 10/31/2016

We had a hot water heater burst, and it flooded the garage. We called Superior, and they were here within a couple of hours. Their office personnel was gracious, and our plumber, Ken, was very knowledge and efficient. I would gladly, recommend Superior Plumbing. more

Keith Hall serviced our tankless hotwater heater with a replacement of the flow control valve and "O" rings. He was right on time, very pleasant, and knowledgeable regarding our unit. The repair was completed in a short time and testing was done. We appreciate his service and were very pleased with Superior Plumbing's response throughout. Keith did a great job! more
