Super Smokers is simply the best BBQ I have ever had. I've been to all the big BBQ restaurants in Memphis and Kansas City that you always see on TV, and none of them can touch Super Smokers. No matter where you live in St. Louis, it will be worth your while to drive to Eureka and see what real BBQ tastes like. I have three BBQ restaurants within a mile of my house and I drive past all of them (plus probably a dozen more) in the 45 minutes it takes me to get to Super Smokers. I have been eating at Super Smokers since I first tried it more than ten years ago and have probably ordered everything on the menu. You can?t go wrong with anything, but my favorites are the pork shoulder and the loin ribs. No matter what you order, you will get great service and wonderful food. You haven?t had BBQ until you have been to Super Smokers. more

Supersmokers has, without any peers, the best ribs in the world. I have traveled all over the United States, participated in bbq contests, and eaten at all the big-name, big reputation places. There isn't one of them, or any of the competition bbqers, who can hold a candle to Supersmokers ribs. It took me three visits to find out that they served something other than ribs. I'm glad I went back because their pulled pork is unbelievable, their brisket is outstanding, even their side dishes are unique and delicious. To top it off, the customer service is first-rate! It?s the best BBQ our family has ever eaten! The ribs are fall off the bone, mouth watering tasty bites of morsels. The beef brisket is tender and spiced just right-my husbands favorite. The pulled pork is tender, juicy and piled high- my favorite. You can choose your favorite sauce to add on or not because the meats are great tasting themselves. I love all the sauces. Some of the best tasting sauces I?ve had. I can?t say enough good stuff about Super Smokers BBQ. I love it. The kids meals are a great value (Kids Eat Free on Tuesday) and the Senior Menu was a great addition for those who are looking for portions other than the huge ones served off the rest of the menu. You can say what you want about Barbeque Restaurants but here are the COLD HARD FACTS...Super Smokers Restaurant is absolutely THE BEST BARBEQUE IN THE WORLD! I have eaten ""shoe leather"" in Berlin, had soy burgers in London and countless other encounters in the US. I used to be a Road Musician and have driven more miles backwards than alot of people drive forwards in their lives. It seems that every Barbeque eatery that you visit is ""The Best Around"" but SUPER SMOKERS are WORLD CHAMPIONS! The portions are huge, the quality is SECOND TO NONE, the service and staff are very friendly and accomodating, the facility is very clean and there is even a great ""ambience"" in the restaurant. Here is the deal...saddle up the tribe go to SIX FLAGS in Eureka Missouri have a great day and stop by SUPER SMOKERS for dinner on the way back. We drive 50 miles one way to eat there and Terry Black is the best Host that you could ever want. By the way, try the Championship Sauce...it is the BOMB! My husband and I drive over 120 miles round trip as often as possible to enjoy what we consider to be the best ribs and BBQ nachos around. If you haven't been to Supersmokers BBQ then what you need to do is to drop what you are doing and find your way to Eureka, MO. They only use the best cuts of meat and to me that's what seperates Supersmokers from the rest of them. There are people that travel the world looking for that pinnacle of their desires...If BBQ is your thing mapquest it and go. Weddings have to be perfectly planned and executed...the two things I as the groom was to arrange was for the food and for me to show up on time....we had Supersmokers cater ours and the only bad thing is I didn't get one bite because by the time the hugs and handshakes were over the BBQ was cleaned out. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves going to Supersmokers...she loves the sides....more ribs for me!!! Pros: Consistant quality, quantity, great sauces and it's right off the highway.. I cannot say enough good things about Super Smokers. I'm SO glad they were able to reopen their Eureka store. If I lived closer to the store, I would definitely be a ""frequent flier"". I follow restauranting quite closely in and around St. Louis. When Zagat rates Super Smokers one of the Best of the Best places to eat BBQ in America--that's AMERICA, folks--they mean it! The staff is always courteous and helpful. They're quick to describe the types and cuts of meat and describe all the sauces. I made the mistake of actually ordering ranch dressing with a BBQ chicken salad. Fortunately, the owner Terry, caught me and suggested that I try the Tennessee sauce on it instead. I'll never do ranch dressing again! That salad was wonderful. You cannot pass by the Cajun bread pudding, either. I have enjoyed a catered pulled pork sandwich and beans before, too, at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis with the same great quality. Folks, I know what I'm talking about. I didn't earn the nickname ""Food Network"" at work for nothing! Keep up the great work, Super Smokers BBQ! (PS: I have also had the ribs and chicken--both excellent, too!) St Louis has a well kept secret. We have one of the finest family owed/run hand-rubbed, slow smoked, BBQ restaurants this side of Memphis. Everyone brags about their BBQ both personnally and commercial restaurant favorites, but you needn't brag or look any further because the BEST is just a short drive West of Hwy 270 on Hwy 44. Pros: Eat in, Take out, Small or Large Party , and Phenominal Catering. Come comfortable. Cons: They won't share all their rub secrets, but they will give you enough info to improve your own BBQ at home. more

There is nothing like it on the planet. The atmosphere is inviting. The meals are hearty. My favorites are the pulled pork platter with the Championship sauce and of course the nachos. I recommend you bring a friend if you are planning on ordering the nachos. They pile on hefty portions of every kind of meat they make on a huge pile of nacho chips with a zesty chees sauce. Suggestion mix the Championship and theTexas sauces. No matter what you do you can't go wrong at Super Smokers. My husband & i drove our RV from Texas to St. Louis last summer to attend an Astos/ Cardinals game. We stopped in at Super Smokers in Eureka & had the best ribs we've ever tasted! ( we're from Texas, we KNOW good ribs!) Before we even walked in the door, we knew it would be a good experience: the aroma was already making our mouths water! Not to mention the line that was all the way to the door. The decor was funky & fun, the service was friendly & efficient,. the owner exudes friendliness, even coming over to visit with us to make sure our experience was pleasant. The worst part of the whole meal was trying to decide which sauce was the best, they are all out-of-this-world !!! I would vote Super Smokers is simply the best BBQ in the St. Louis area. I go out of my way to Eureka ( thier only location) to bring that pulled pork ( my favorite) back to my family. This is a 'dry' pork as it is served, you can use one of thier sauces ( all excellant) if you want to , but the pork is moist and flavorful without it! They also have Smoked Chicken, Turkey, Ribs and Brisket, all excellent. During Lent they even have smoked fish. They have a good selection of sides, with the green beans and the cucumber and tomato salad being my favorites. Pros: the BBQ,, and accessability Cons: To far from my home! more

Super Smokers has taken the time and effort to prepare and serve the best BBQ in the ""STL"". The BBQ nachos are to die for. All the BBQ that is served here is cooked to perfection and the owner is always kind enough to have a conversation with you and will talk BBQ with you as long as you want. more

The first time I had Super Smokers was about 9 years ago at their Eureka location. I stumbled across it one day with the family after a trip to Six Flags. The best part of our eating experience there was the fact that everyone in the family enjoyed their meal. That is a chore with 3 kids! I have had a lot of BBQ in my time but this is absolutely the best that I have ever had. I have been a customer ever since. It was great when they had a location a little closer to my home, but it is WELL worth the short ride to get back to GREAT BBQ. I have never found a better Pulled Pork ANYWHERE. That includes KC and Memphis. We spend a lot of time and money pulling through the drive thru land these days, spending as much and sometimes more, but never getting the quality of food that Super Smokers has. I would suggest to anyone that they visit Super Smokers and when you go, have the pork and ribs! You will be totally satisfied. Pros: Everything is great about the food and service.
