If you haven't been to Supersmokers BBQ then what you need to do is to drop what you are doing and find your way to Eureka, MO. They only use the best cuts of meat and to me that's what seperates Supersmokers from the rest of them. There are people that travel the world looking for that pinnacle of their desires...If BBQ is your thing mapquest it and go. Weddings have to be perfectly planned and executed...the two things I as the groom was to arrange was for the food and for me to show up on time....we had Supersmokers cater ours and the only bad thing is I didn't get one bite because by the time the hugs and handshakes were over the BBQ was cleaned out. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves going to Supersmokers...she loves the sides....more ribs for me!!!
Pros: Consistant quality, quantity, great sauces and it's right off the highway..
Cons: They wouldn't mail order me ribs while I lived in Florida...I moved back.
