For a reasonable monthly fee, we enjoy no service call charges during normal business hours, discounts on certain services, priority scheduling of service calls, annual furnace and AC inspections and tune-ups, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have had to replace both the furnace and AC, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the equipment and work performed. In the case of the furnace (which of course failed during the coldest days of the winter), the original equpment took much longer to remove than the technicians anticipated, but they stayed long past the estimated time of completion to finish the job, without any complaint or irritation. Sullivan even calls us to schedule our yearly inspections, so I don't have to remember to call them. All of the Sullivan employees whom we have had contact with are friendly, professional, and courteous. Donna, who answers the phone and schedules service calls, gives me a 4-hour time window for an appointment time, calls on the day of the appointment to confirm, and then calls again when the technicians have completed the previous job and are en route to my house. When the technicians arrive, they always put booties on over their shoes before they come into the house to protect the floors and carpeting. They clean up thoroughly after the work is completed. I get a thorough explanation of the inspection results and all work that has been performed, and I frequently receive coupons for discounts on future service. Yes, Sullivan's fees probably are more expensive than what some other companies charge, but in my opinion, the quality of the work and prompt, attentive service are worth it.
