As a first-time pet owner (not including family pets!), I enjoyed going to this vet. I adopted my kitten from the Humane Society, and we chose this one because it was the closest distance. The staff were friendly and talkative, and clearly enjoyed being with the animals. I've never owned a cat before, so the vet did a great job answering all my questions and explaining different policies, procedures, and medicines. We took her in for a wellness check the first time, and the vet helped clear up a few things about having a cat at home. The second time we went was for her shots, which they explained to me as well as to why they were giving them to her, and what to expect and what to do if she had a reaction. The only downfall I've seen was when we brought her in to get declawed (we've tried everything else, and she was getting stuck underneath doors!!). They gave me a form to sign, and the front-desk staff made it seem like I had to sign off on everything, but if I had and didn't read everything over and ask questions, I would have had added another $200 and almost put a second microchip in my kitty! I thought I was signing an authorization form but it turned out to be additional services. \r

I would recommend this vet to anyone who asked.
Pros: Parking, Service, Friendliness
Cons: Some office staff don't explain things well enough
