Review content:
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I was very upset with the fact that this hospital administered vaccines (2 out of 2) that contain thimerosal(mercury) into my dog. I raised my questions and concerns over thimerosal to the staff in advance. Unfortunately they still injected the toxin to my dog. This could be handled totally differently if their staff was sharp, well educated and good at customer service. Nevertheless, they failed. \r
I don?t know what kind of mentality they have when treating dogs. If FDA stop using vaccines contain thimerosal on children, why do they think that it?s safe to use on small animals. Not to mention that I informed them about my concern over the issue before the shots were given. When I called at 9 AM, they told me they already gave the shot. Only later when I picked him up, I found out that the shots were given at 10 AM. They obviously could have prevent it from happening. My very worst experience showed this place do not care about customers, do not care about our pets, staff were not well trained and lack of communications skills. \r
Pros: good groomer
Cons: bad customer service, inattentive staff
