My stylist is great! Serena Ortiz always does a great job. I have been her client for years and was lost for a few months when she left a previous salon. Fortunately I have her back. She is amazing with color and cuts. I always look and feel great when she has done her magic. Thanks Serena and thanks Studio 21. more

OMG! Serena Ortiz is super awesome! She did such an amazing job on my hair with the color and the cut! I felt so fresh when I walked out of the salon! She is very great at what she does! This was my first time with her and she really was wonderful! Call Serena if you want a fresh new look that will be stunning! She is the ""go to"" girl in the beauty biz! more

Serena is the best. She pays attention to details and always has a positive attitude. She is awesome with color and cuts. She stays up to date on the latest styles and techniques, but doesn't ever push you to change. more

I have been going from salon to salon for many years trying this stylist and that stylist looking for the ""perfect hairdresser and I think I have found one in Serena Ortiz. She was recently hired by Studio 21 Hari and Day Spa and I followed her from her previous employeer to Studio 21 and am very happy I did. I get many compliments on my cut and color. I have been going to Vicki Millard for over 5 years for cut,color, highlights, and style. She listens to what I want and offers suggestions but has never pushed me into changing something I am not comfortable with. more

Carrie is awesome! 1/21/2012

I've been going to Carrie since I moved to Illinois in 2008 and I'm always very happy with my hair. She takes her time with my appointment, never rushing me through like some long-term stylists I've been to in the past at other salons. I get thoughtful and honest advice from her when I think about using a new product or making a change and she's is always willing to show me (a completely non-skilled hair person) how to do something with my hair that I can't figure out. I look forward to my appointments because I know my hair will look great and she's just a great person to work with and chat with. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about my stylist. She's definitely 5-star! more

Ask for Aleeta for massage 1/21/2012

I've been to a lot of massage therapists, so I know the difference between a good one and a bad one, and Aleeta is one of the best. She took the time to ask me what I wanted, what kind of pressure, and got into more detail than most therapists do. The result was an incredible massage with the perfect pressure. I like therapeutic massages that really work on releasing the tension in the muscles and I left feeling peaceful and relaxed. I highly recommend Aleeta - she really cares about her clients! more

Extensions for thick haired girl 1/10/2012

I have always had thick hair and usually kept it pretty long. Vicki Millard has been cutting my hair for many years and I have always LOVED every style we tried on me. Her color always turns out AMAZING. I have been keeping it one color, but even with that she has found a way to make it multi-dimentional and give the look of highlights with the technique she uses. more

The place looks and smells great! It's sooo relaxing. Everyone is always pleasant and accomodating. Especially HEATHER. She's been my stylist for over 6years. She does my color, haircut and the Brazilian blowout. I have very curly hair and my hair was silky smooth afterwards. more

Best Massage Therapist 1/8/2012

I had chronic neck and shoulder pain for year's. Nothing worked until I started seeing Aleeta.. She got the knots out and they stay gone with regularly scheduled massages. Aleeta customizes your massage to hit the areas that need attention. She's great! more

Heather Simply the Best Stylist 1/5/2012

Heather has been doing my hair for years and does a fabulous job! I see her every 6 to 8 weeks and let her do her thing and it is always amazing. I have complete strangers come up to me and tell my how much they love the color and style. I travel over a hour to see her and wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair cause she is just simply the BEST!!!! more
