I've been going to Carrie since I moved to Illinois in 2008 and I'm always very happy with my hair. She takes her time with my appointment, never rushing me through like some long-term stylists I've been to in the past at other salons. I get thoughtful and honest advice from her when I think about using a new product or making a change and she's is always willing to show me (a completely non-skilled hair person) how to do something with my hair that I can't figure out. I look forward to my appointments because I know my hair will look great and she's just a great person to work with and chat with. I recommend her to anyone who asks me about my stylist. She's definitely 5-star!
