Was so glad I was able to get an appointment on a Friday afternoon. The tech did a good job and was very friendly and helpful. I did find one of the charges rather high. I do think you do quality work. more

As always, they were always professional, answered any questions i may have, explained what theyvwere going to do and why, they offered me suggestions & recommendations as to better maintaining upkeep of my units. They also informed me as to services i may consider to prevent major repair fees in future. I am always very pleased with the work & their prompt response should i need to clarify the work after the dated service-i.e: insurance questions regarding my liability for repairs should i need to ever file for insurance claims. I love the 2x a year inspection deal for my unit prior to optiminal use for the two dramaitc seasons we get here in new orleans- hot and hotter! more

service man sucks and forgot who the customer was. still trying to get information on battery he replaced in generator. when ever my generator needs annual servicing I have to continue to call to get service. when Carl Stuart owned company service was a lot better. more

My serviceman was Patrick Higgins. He listened attentatively to me as I described what I thought was happening with the electricity in my house. He addressed each issue in an orderly fashion and quoted me pricing as he went. He fixed all the problems on my list in a timely manner. I was so pleased that it wasn't as bad as I thought. He did let me know that some things would possibly need attention down the road and quoted me pricing for that as well. I just couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I will definitely use Stuart Services again. The customer service and technicians are very professional. more

questionable actions 5/5/2017

I had a problem with my Rheem on demand system. Technician came and looked at the equipment and decided to give it a cleaning. This gave no positive results. Another technician came the next day and said the system needing a cleaning and found all sorts of a mess which fixed the system. So, I paid almost $300 for the first cleaning that showed zero results. Technician 2 did a more thorough cleaning and charged an additional almost $300.... Why wasn't it resolved the first cleaning? I feel the first technician didn't dig deep enough and was complacent. more
