I had a problem with my Rheem on demand system. Technician came and looked at the equipment and decided to give it a cleaning. This gave no positive results. Another technician came the next day and said the system needing a cleaning and found all sorts of a mess which fixed the system. So, I paid almost $300 for the first cleaning that showed zero results. Technician 2 did a more thorough cleaning and charged an additional almost $300.... Why wasn't it resolved the first cleaning? I feel the first technician didn't dig deep enough and was complacent.
