Had HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical memberships in the past. Reestablished HVAC with intentions to re-up Plumbing and Electrical, but never got around to it. Kitchen sink problem brought Brian to us again yesterday. He was so knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, etc. that I signed up for the contract right away yesterday rather than waiting. Thanks, Stuart and Brian. P.S.: I explained that my husband is blind, and is often listening to his computer through headphones, so, to please knock very hard and give him a few extra minutes to get to the front door. My interview finished early, so I went home before going in to the office. Brian did exactly what I asked, and it was perfectly appropriate for a blind customer who needed just a little bit of extra help/accomodation. Much appreciated. more

The technician solved my air conditioner problem and arrived promptly. He presented all my options for my review without pressure to select any of the options. He was very helpful. more

Shady!!! Our a/c is broken, so I was looking for a company to come out asap. Stuart advertises ""same day service"" so they were my first call. Told the dispatcher our unit was broken, that it was 78 in the house, and advised him that were also interested in replacement quotes. He asked if we could ""hold on"" until Saturday, two days later, and while I wasn't thrilled with the idea, I scheduled it. No time frame was given. The tech, Chris, called at 8:15, didn't bother to knock and when I called him back I got a song and dance about their busy season and how he had moved on and was never planning on fixing the unit anyway, only giving us a quote. That is NOT what I asked for and if I had known that was how this was scheduled, I would never have done it. Got to watch my cats pant and suffer in an 80 degree house all weekend thanks to this company. Kind of shady to not even knock when you go to a service call. I would never allow this company in this house after this experience. more

BAD!!!!!!! From beginning to end!!! Unreliable!!!! Wrong on quotes and time line, delayed project by weeks!!!!! Clumsy - put nicks on freshly painted walls!!! Scratches on both wood and NEW marble floors!!!! Overpriced to add final insult!!!!!!!! I was told by mgr that I would receive a REFUND BUT NEVER did. LIARS!!!!! Will NEVER HAVE ANOTHER Stuart employee in my house!!!!!!!!!!! more

I had Stauart Services install a fan in my daughter's room. The installer was very professional and respectful. When he left, there were no signs of him ever being there. more

Recently had Stuart Services come out and do an AC repair The repair went very wrong and my child's bedroom flooded . A/C supervisor Chris came out , saw the damages and then refused to pay for repairs. Be very careful with this company as the put on a great show of customer service , but DO NOT stand behind their mistakes. I am now forced to pay for repairs of my ceiling, floor , replace a mattress, bed linens and floor rug! They did offer to refund the money I spent , but this does nothing to get my daughter back in her bedroom! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! more

Stuart Services installed our new HVAC system in August 2008. It was the peak of summer and they came out promptly on a Sunday morning when our system had failed overnight. They provided us with window units to cool our home during the time that we waited for delivery and installation of the new system. The two technicians who handled the installation were in uniform and arrived promptly. They were very conscious of keeping their work areas tidy and cleaned throughout the installation process. They let me know each step of the way what was happening and why they were doing certain tasks. Following the installation, a reviewer came out to make sure that the installation was done properly. Improvements were made to the drain line based on the reviewer's findings. I do recommend Stuart Services and will use them in the future for electrical and plumbing needs in my home. more
