Great Patio, Bar and Date place! 8/10/2005

Heard about the new bar and patio menus and had to try - absolutely fabulous (everything under $10!) and had a great Friday night out with the girls a few weeks back. Went back for dinner with a date last week - he had the seabass, I had the bouillabase - and the pistachio salad - absolutely to die for. Service was amazing and so was the food - will be back again soon - highly recommended! Pros: Comp valet parking, great patio, great food more

Best restaurant in town! 8/4/2005

Strings open, sunny dining room is a welcome treat! The service is unparalleled with friendly, knowledgeable, helpful waitstaff - some servers have been there for as long as Strings has been open - 19 years. The food is out of this world, unique New American cusine - with something for everyone. If you don't find something you like on the menu, the chef will glady special order something just for you! There are 4 private dining areas which are great for private parties and events. The owner, Noel Cunningham is one of Denver's biggest philanthropists - he hosts non profit events and charitable causes all the time. If you have never been to Strings - run don't walk to this unique eatery in the heart of uptown Denver. Complimentary parking is also key! Wine 6/13/2005

I ordered an $8.00 glass of wine and was given half a glass. I asked how much was in the glass and the reply was: ""3 to 4 ounces, that is the way ""they"" serve it"". I have been going there for many years and have always liked it. The service is unexcelled! Pros: Service, Mixed drinks, Parking Service Cons: Don't buy wine more

An Old Favorite 3/29/2005

I have been going to Strings since it opened almost 15 years ago. The food and service have kept this one of Denver's favorites. Noel and Tammy Cunningham do so many wonderful things for children of all ages. Whether it be their venture in Ethopia or their wonderfully generous Mother's Day offering. Pleasant Surprise 10/16/2004

We stopped by Strings last night after our original dining plans fell through. Having no previous experience with the restaurant and being new to Denver we really didnt know what to expect. The food and presentation were both exceptional and the service was very professional. After a minor hiccup on a very busy Friday night, (meat on two dishes was cold), the servers returned with fresh hot entries with apologies from the Chef and management and remained very attentive for the remainder of the delicious meal. We were on a schedule and as such were not able to sample the desserts, however we definitely intend on returning and educating our social circle about the restaurant. Wonderful 7/25/2003

Strings is the best restaurant in Denver because they not only have great food but do great things around the city and world to fight hunger. It's great for well behaved children also because sometimes they get to make their own dessert in the kitchen. I love that when I go in there is always the same staff and they are extremely friendly. more
