Review content:
We stopped by Strings last night after our original dining plans fell through. Having no previous experience with the restaurant and being new to Denver we really didnt know what to expect. The food and presentation were both exceptional and the service was very professional. After a minor hiccup on a very busy Friday night, (meat on two dishes was cold), the servers returned with fresh hot entries with apologies from the Chef and management and remained very attentive for the remainder of the delicious meal. We were on a schedule and as such were not able to sample the desserts, however we definitely intend on returning and educating our social circle about the restaurant. It is one of the few restaurants in Denver which feels almost NY cosmopolitan without being pretentious.
Pros: Excellant Food, Excellant Service, Valet Parking
Cons: , Difficult Parking
