Quality of work has been excellent.
Some of their billing rules are (or last time I was there were....) frustrating. I understand that a Rush fix interrupts their schedule and has higher value to the client. So a higher rate makes sense. But one day I needed a CD/DVD disk driver replaced. It is a 10 minute job. No reason to leave the computer for the 4 day (or whatever) non-rush period. I arrived late in the day. They had no active projects - were talking. They fixed it perfectly. And then billed me the rush rate since it was same day service. I haven't been back.
But I do know that if I need rush service and I need it fixed for sure, the can do it.
