From our first conversation with Shane Stratton, my wife and I knew that Shane and the team at Stratton Exteriors was the right choice for us. We had several of the ""big"" exterior companies come out to the house for bids but none were as friendly, competent, and willing to listen to our specific needs and concerns as Shane Stratton was. \r \r In the end we purchased new siding, trim, gutters, a new storm door, and had a window replaced for a very competitive price. The workers were in and out within two days! The workmanship was incredible and exceeded my expectations.\r \r From start to finish we never felt like we were just another client. Happy to recommend the services of Stratton Exteriors. This professional organization thoughtfully considered my wishes in regards to the construction of a 20x20 free standing car port/shelter. They then carefully reseached the various alternatives and a plan of action was chossen. Execution of project was conducted in an effective and timely manner. Communication of project progress was offered regularly and I never had to ask the usual questions (so where are we on this?...what's next?...when will that happen?...etc). My expecations where surpassed. GREAT! more

The eaves and windoow frames were pretty bad when I had Stratton Exteriors look them over and give me an estimate. Not only did I receive a detailed estimate on what I thought was needed, several things were pointed out that were also in poor condition that I had not even noitced. When all work was completed, on time and on budget, the results were amazing. The workers were effecient, courteous and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them. more

I put off having facia repaired on the side of my house from negative past experiences we have had with various contractors. However, Stratton Exteriors and Shane Stratton were excellent! They came out when they said they would, charged us a fair price, and had the job complete even quicker than they had origonally told us. Stratton Exteriors provided the best service, from start to finish, of any service company we've used; and we've used many over the years. The initial visit was light years more pleasant than with the other folks we contacted. No ""lines"", no pressure, no long, boring, drawn-out spiel - just a pleasant,knowledgeable and concise presentation. Everything about the job itself was done just as promised, exactly when promised. The price was as good or better than other quotes. Every attempt was made to be sure we were informed and satisfied, with great communication every step of the way. We had 22 windows replaced, and the whole process was pleasant and problem-free. They even carried windows that match our odd color wood .... unlike another company we spoke with who tried to convince us we had to use white windows in our dark wood frames. We have been very pleased with the gutters and windows that Stratton Exteriors installed for us. They did a good job, in good time. Cleaned up after themselves. Came back promptly when we had one piece of gutter that seemed wrong to us. They fixed it completely, no questions, no problem. The house is now tight, dry, and looks great. more

My husband and I got were getting estimates for vinyl siding, replacement windows and new gutters. Stratton Exteriors were the ones we choose. Why did we choose Stratton Exteriors you might ask... Well, from the moment we contacted them they were curtious and respectful of our time from the beginning. When Shane Stratton came out for our appointment he was on time, again respectful and didn't try to sale or pressure us in making a decision like the other companies we got bids from. He asked alot of questions on what we were looking for, styles, colors and made a few suggestions that saved us a little money. During the installation process they were on time, friendly, had great communication, cleaned everything up, made sure everything was just like they said they were going to do and the home looks AMAZING!!! We were doing some improvements on a property just before selling it, so we shopped around getting several bids from different companies. We needed paint and windows.\r \r Shane Stratton came to our property and gave us an estimate, and although he was not the least expensive bid we got, the old saying ""you get what you pay for"" was absolutely true. The wife and I wanted to add replacement windows, siding and new gutters to our home so we got 4 estimates here in Bellvue. Stratton Exteriors got the business due to quality and price. We had Stratton Exteriors replace 9 windows , added vinyl siding to our home and installed new gutters/downsouts. They had a wide variety of vinyl siding products and colors. It took us longer to decide what style of vinyl we wanted than it took them to install.. Seriously though, they did a great job! The guys were extremely kind, were there until the work was complete and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our Home Looks Great!!!! I had several different bids for replacement windows. Stratton Exteriors gave me attractive pricing with a high quality product. Other bids were a little lower but the quality was not there. They gave us the best value for the dollar!! I also wanted to work with a local - family owned business. My home had 25 windows that needed to be replaced. They were there for 3 days. When they said they would be there.......they were there. They stayed till the job was done unlike some other horror stories I have heard in the past.
