We were doing some improvements on a property just before selling it, so we shopped around getting several bids from different companies. We needed paint and windows.\r \r Shane Stratton came to our property and gave us an estimate, and although he was not the least expensive bid we got, the old saying ""you get what you pay for"" was absolutely true. From the very beginning, his air of professionalism was evident and far exceeded that of the other companies that submitted estimates for the work we needed. Not only did Stratton Exteriors make money-saving suggestions, but the end result was a far better product than the other companies offered. Before even seeing the other companies prices, I had made my decision that Stratton Exteriors was definitely going to be my company of choice. And, without a doubt, I was not disappointed.\r \r In the home improvement business, finding someone that's not only honest but also dependable can be a true challenge. I was incredibly impressed with the excellent and frequent communication from Stratton Exteriors (via email, telephone, and face to face) regarding the status of my project. Even after the job was finished, the Stratton Exteriors team came by to give the property another thorough ""once-over"" - going above and beyond what was expected of them. Stratton Exteriors handled replacing every window in our house, and also painted the entire property inside. The work was great, the crew was very punctual, professional and courteous, and the work was done on-time with no surprises where the budgets were concerned.\r \r I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton Exteriors to anyone who needs the services they offer. They weren't the cheapest bid we received, but their prices were not exorbitant - and for the level of customer service they provided both during and after the fact, I was glad to pay a little more!
