I had $6500 worth of windows installed in my home. Everything went well until I found that one of the windows was broken. I called Shane and asked what I needed to do to have it replaced. He was extremely short and unhelpful. When I placed the order for the windows, one of the reasons I went with Stratton Exteriors is because I was assured that everything would be taken care of if something went wrong. What I didn't realize is that replacing a faulty window would require multiple phone calls (one of which was the rude phone call to Shane), picking up the window myself, and installing it myself.
