Rudy and everyone else I worked with at the dealership was very kind and friendly. I was a little disappointed, however, when my car was kept for nearly 4 hours. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they didn't actually have to do my 10,000 mile service on my car, as that services was preformed right before I purchased it at 9,100. I don't understand why that wasn't communicated to me when I bought the car, or why it wasn't looked up when I made the service appointment, or why it then took so long the day of when no service was needed.\r

I did enjoy the team, and love the service staff, as well as the great deal I have with my purchase. The staff communicated my next steps/expectations for my next service, and for that I am truly grateful. \r
