I called the dealership when one morning my car would not start. I talked to Rudy and he informed me that my lease agreement did not cover the battery but they could check it out for me. He told me how much a battery would cost and that they could fit me in and also take care of my scheduled service. When I arrived they took my car right in but it took quite some time for the service and to find out that the battery was bad. So then I had to wait a while longer for the battery change. Rudy was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. \r
