Too slow 7/15/2015

I made an appointment a week in advance (because no sooner appointments were available) for an oil change. After I arrived at my appointment time, I had to wait almost half an hour before anybody talked with me. Then I was told it would be three hours to complete the service. It ended up taking only a little more than two hours, but that's still too long for a scheduled oil change. more

Not so great. Old outdated and poor public image. 7/12/2015

Made appointment because I am busy but when arrived told 2-3 hour wait. So, why bother to make appointment. No estimate given in writing and no review of work done. Tires inflated to 40 pounds!?!? Very sloppy effort. more

- Took my car in to 'Stevens Creek Hyundai" for I believe the "3rd"time to fix my infotainment system which was not going back to the station/mode I had set it at!...The dealer replaced the head unit in my car, I left after picking my car up thinking the issue had been fixed and about a day or so later it was doing the same thing as before!!!!!...Called the service dept.' again and spoke to Service-Advisor James who told me I would have to bring the car back to the dealer so they could "REPLICATE" the problem!!!!!...I don't think so!...Will contact "Customer-Care" to see what my next step should be and I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for service or otherwise...Enough is Enough!!!!!!!!!! more

The place was easy to find. There was no wait-time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got my car serviced and ready just around the 2 hour mark. Pretty happy with the entire experience. Will definitely come here again. more

If Eric is not there I don't bring my car in. The man deserves a raise. The times I didn't bring my car when he was there I ended up changing my own tire, I used hyundai assurance to bring the car in crack of dawn. Came in the afternoon. Car was parked... I called a friend used his spare and drove to America's tire. That amongst other things is why I don't go there unless he is on duty. I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I will not be purchasing a third. more

Disappointed that the requested service could not be performed 7/2/2015

I made an appointment to have a particular service request fulfilled (Android Auto upgrade for my Sonata). I wasn't informed until after I was "checked in" that they could not do this at the time of my appointment, and was pushed to get an oil change despite being at only about 2000 miles on the car. It was not entirely unreasonable to do an oil change at 6 months, and it only took about two hours, but I would have felt better served if they had either (1) rescheduled the appointment to a time when they knew they would be able to do what I actually requested, or at least (2) told me upon arrival and offered me the option to reschedule. Getting a $40 oil change in probably isn't worth the impact on my satisfaction as a customer. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't heard back regarding the Android Auto upgrade. May have to see if any of the other Hyundai dealers in the area have it yet. My experience with the dealership during my purchase process last December was very good. This service experience tarnishes that. more

Three hours for an oil change 6/29/2015

I made an appointment for a routine oil change a week ago, and was scheduled for 1115. When I asked how long I should expect to wait, the friendly staff member said thirty minutes, but that depends on the cars scheduled before. I show up at 1115 that day and after an hour and a half, I decided to check on the status of the oil change. I was told that the technician had misplaced my paperwork and that my car had not been touched at all. Had I not inquired about the status, I would've been waiting even longer. After that, it took another hour and a half to get the call that the oil change was complete. At least the dealership was kind enough to give the oil change for free and not charge that $40. more

Simple oil change should not take so long. 6/27/2015

Scheduled a 8:30 appointment. Didn't leave until 12. It cannot take so long. Other places are quicker and cheaper. Also they tried to quote extra things to do and double the price of another place. Not worth spending and not required either more

Not great. I got the service done but my car was dirty and not washed or vacuumed. Reason given was California water drought situation. Which is fine. But then yoy should have charged less or given a voucher. After all, Hyundai is saving money by using this convenient excuse. more

Took my car for service and was told the car was going to be ready in 2 hrs waited 4 hrs until I told the service person needed to back to work and then offer me a rental car. waist half day of work! more
