I made an appointment for a routine oil change a week ago, and was scheduled for 1115. When I asked how long I should expect to wait, the friendly staff member said thirty minutes, but that depends on the cars scheduled before. I show up at 1115 that day and after an hour and a half, I decided to check on the status of the oil change. I was told that the technician had misplaced my paperwork and that my car had not been touched at all. Had I not inquired about the status, I would've been waiting even longer. After that, it took another hour and a half to get the call that the oil change was complete. At least the dealership was kind enough to give the oil change for free and not charge that $40.
