I was very unhappy with this dealership, moving here from PA, trading a full loaded Nissan Titan and being talked into a Dodge Caliber. Having explained of circumtances in past and being given a extended warranty for $2700 plus added to a loan. The whole sale/trade in was to their benefit. I have been working hard to pick up MY life and they preyed on my circumstances... even trying to re- plate the car in PA when my address was here in the Carolina's. I talked to two other car dealerships and learned the above, and will never go back near or hear tell of any of my friends deal with them. more

ALAN i bought a new ram 1500 sport truck from steve white the doors had bondoe the size of basket balls on them,steve white motors said they would fix it,after 1 yr not 1 call from them,i called every week but nobody knew anything so i took it to court and won,steve white said to me not to bring the truck back for service or any other thing but they keep mailing me service request forms and recalls so just to see if they would service the new ram 1500 4x4 with the extended warranty they said steve said get that truck off his lot,dont slowed down when you go by this place i now speed up. more

Wasted Money 9/20/2011

Bought a used Dodge Dakota one year ago. They sold me a supposedly bumper to bumper 3-year extended warranty which turned out to be no good. Truck needs the manifold gasket replaced and warranty does not cover. Right after purchasing the truck took it back because the universal joint was popping they couldn't find anything wrong with it, brought it home not fixed. Second time took it and told them the manifold and the universal joint needed fixing, brought it home again not fixed. They tried to charge 650.00 to fix what a warranty should have covered. Got a estimate for about a third of that but I still wasted $1800.00 on an ""bumper-to-bumer extended warranty"" that the salesman said was so good....WASTED MONEY...DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO AN EXTENDED WARRANTY more

Customer service was exceptional 8/5/2011

I worked with Bush over the phone Easter weekend and he did whatever he had to do including settling on a very fair trade in on my car based on pictures, mileage, and carfax so I could drive up Monday and take care of the deal. The price was tremendous, Bush and Deon were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Two thumbs up!! more

I emailed the dealership about a truck, got back to me the next day. Great price on the vehicle. They take real good care of the customer and even the owner will check that everything is okay. This is class, something that is not done anymore. Great prices you wont regret it. more

Very nice and easy 7/28/2011

We drove 4 1/2 hours to get a vehicle we saw online. I am SO glad we did. Dean and the others we dealt with were very nice and easy to work with. The price of our SUV was by far a deal and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. The dealership was very clean and highly professional. Easy access in and out of the lot. Guinuine at listening 7/25/2011

Last week we purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot. The salesman, Neil Bolch, was friendly and a geniune listener of our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the entire Jeep line and offered suggestions of options on various styles. He seemed more like a neighbor than a salesman we just met. The negotiations were handled in a dignified and courteous manner. more

Steve White Motors was absolutely fantastic to work with! We had visited another dealership previously and had been treated horribly (Cornelius). Steve White's team was courteous, professional, understanding of our needs, fair, and upfront throughout our buying experience. No pressure 7/12/2011

I had been to 3 different Dodge dealerships looking for a Dodge Challenger before going to Steve White Dodge in Conover, NC. Upon my arrival I explained that I didn't have a lot of time that day, but told Jay what I was looking for and showed him my trade. He was upfront with me and came closer to what I needed for my trade in ten minutes than the other 3 dealerships had in 2 days. I didn't feel pressured, nor did I ever feel like they were not trying to work with me. 3 days later I traded at Steve White Dodge and they met all my request including staying after hours so I could pick up my new car after work. more

Mike did a great job 7/8/2011

Mike did a great job fixing my 1999 300m. The computer module was bad and it was very expensive to fix but it's been a great car and I would like to keep it. Even gave me a loaner car till mine was repaired.It has 133,294 miles on it and this was only the 2nd time at the delership. more

Best car buying experience we have ever had 6/28/2011

Found the Wrangler we wanted on their website, called them up and set up a time with Dean to come by and check it out. It was raining when we showed up and we were met at our truck with an umbrella and informed that the Wranger was waiting for us at a covered parking area next door. Test drive was standard, and went well. Filled out the paperwork, and headed home. Whole process took about 2.5 hours. We got what we wanted for a fair price, they made money, and everyone left happy. We purchased a stripped down Wrangler and were treated just as special as someone who came into buy a $50,000 vehicle. We will be back when it comes time to replace our 2004 Durango, thanks to Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Dutton. more

A great salesman 6/24/2011

I traveled 80 miles to look at a used truck. After test driving and inspecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase it. When my vehicle apprasial came back thousands less than trade in value, Mr.Dutton said it was because they were asking wholesale for their truck, so he could allow me anymore and to have a nice day! After checking the trade value for the truck I wanted purchase, it turns out that their asking just what the trade in value is. So my request and his demand was an apple for apple comparison. Where he got his wholesale price for my trade I have no idea! Dean was a great salesman, but Mr.Dutton was rude and used very poor customer relations. more

I recently purchased a 2011 Durango from Dion Blackburn. Dion knew the features and benefits of this vehicle making it an easy choice for our family. Dion also provided a professional buying experience by recognizing that I had purchased a number of vehicles and he didn't force me to go through the standard ""haggling dealer"" experience that other dealers force upon you. He simply presented an out the door price with no surprises upon closing. Prior to meeting Dion, I had visited 3 dealers and was turned off with the required process of meeting a sales person, then meeting a deal guy to had to meet with a decision maker to close the deal. Steve White and Dion led me through a simple process to purchase a vehicle that came with integrity and respect. A great model for all dealers to emulate! No haggling 6/17/2011

i bought a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler using the eBay e-price. There were no hidden fees, no haggling, and i got more than I expected for my trade. This was a very easy process and took very little of my time. This without a doubt was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jeff and Russell (Finance) were great to work with. Russell even got a better rate than what i was pre-approved for. Highly recommend this dealer vs the ""Lake"" Jeep dealer. more
