Outstanding Company 2/24/2018

I have used this company for 15 years. Everytime I deal with the staff and their technicians I get great service. Today my heater was not working properly. Matt came in and inspected my furnace, took care of the situation and as in the past gave me advice on how to take care of it. I will always go to Steel T. more

dirty sensor 2/20/2018

We thought we would have to replace our furnace. Alison said on the phone that she was guessing it was just a maintenance issue. Jason and Craig saw that it was just a dirty sensor, fixed it quickly and gave me good hints about the furnace. Thank you. more

Great Experience 2/15/2018

Great problem solving installing new and updated thermostats in our older home! Allison was amazing in walking me through the process and the technicians were professional, tidy and extremely competent. I would highly recommend!! more

Jason and Preston Were a Big Help 2/2/2018

We got an error message from Carrier after new HVAC installation. Jason came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He also found another problem. We've had him before, and he always does a great job! more

Excellent service 11/12/2017

Matt and Blake were just the best. Matt was extremely professional, customer focused, and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable. Blake, his assistant, was excellent as well. Both showed up on time and were respectful of my property by taking their shoes off upon entering my carpeted house.I would highly recommend them and will ask for them again for my next service check up. more

Steel T - Annual Furnace Servicing 11/8/2017

Replaced air filter for and checked and serviced furnace unit, checked filter for and turned on humidifier, inspected wiring , and monitored overall operation of unit. Asked if any problems or issues; had none. more

Dave and Fred showed up on time, were professional, and now my furnace runs better. I felt they did a good job. They were thorough and very responsive to my questions. The high efficient furnace is too large for my house, the pipes going to the outside are long, and there is "choking" also involved. So it was not an easy job to tune. more

Already provided phone call input to customer service -believe Dave Brown is an outstanding company tech representative -very thorough and conscientious - takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure job is done right -not just by the book -but beyond when necessary ensure in his estimation that everything is in tip tip shape -example -fall check does NOT require removing drum component and cleaning to improve air flow -only replacement of air filter -but as this is new build house he is aware of builder dust/debris in motor housing which in most cases is NEVER addressed by routine service call -but he tore down motor housing compartment to clean assuring much improved heating service --this is QUALITY work -above and beyond what book says fall check up entails -- more

Wow Steel T gave my family a Touchdown and more. Great folks that were easy to work with from estimator Mike to the main Installers Shawn and John.I'm always a little nervous when you your replacing important items in your house like a Furnace and Air Conditioner.But these guys were great and did a great job of explaining the how's and why they do things the way they do it,as well as how to use it all. Thanks Steel T. I will let all my friends and family know that your number one in my play book.Very great pricing also-that's a big deal to me. more

Steel T furnace/ac replacement 10/9/2017

We had Steel T replace our furnace and AC unit (including humidifier and thermostat.) The team of Tyler, Robert and James were the installation techs and we were very satisfied with their work. They were knowledgeable of the system & equipment they were installing, and did so in a very efficient and professional manner. Before the work started, they placed protective floor covering on all areas they would be accessing and always put shoe coverings on when entering the house. Upon completion, their clean up and removal of debris was quite thorough. All systems were tested and operational. The operation of the new unit was explained to us in detail. Good job ! more
