Already provided phone call input to customer service -believe Dave Brown is an outstanding company
tech representative -very thorough and conscientious - takes great pride in his work and goes the
extra mile to ensure job is done right -not just by the book -but beyond when necessary ensure in his
estimation that everything is in tip tip shape -example -fall check does NOT require removing drum
component and cleaning to improve air flow -only replacement of air filter -but as this is new build house
he is aware of builder dust/debris in motor housing which in most cases is NEVER addressed by routine
service call -but he tore down motor housing compartment to clean assuring much improved heating
service --this is QUALITY work -above and beyond what book says fall check up entails --
