Steam Away Carpet Cleaning

The company very clearly charges for an area. They very strict guidelines about areas, i.e., 12 steps is 1 area, I needed 14 steps cleaned, which was considered 2 areas, as well as the landing area which is 3 areas. They were a little late, but did a great job cleaning my carpet. They provided me with a gurantee, if the carpet is not cleaned to my satisfaction, they will re-clean for free withn 10 days. By far better than most major name brand carpet cleaing companies. My family consists of 2 parents, 2 children, which will give you some insight into how dirty my ""cream"" colored carpet was. The only thing good about them is their low prices. You can get 2 areas cleaned for 37.00. They were late and unprofessional. I had to argue with them about the areas that I requested to be cleaned. They tried to insinuate that I only wanted my traffic areas cleaned. If I just wanted some strips cleaned, why would I even bothered to call them. Then, they tried to half a** clean my upholstery. I do not recommend Master Clean b/c they are too much and are just as triflin' but just look in the papermint and other coupon savers for someone else. Maybe, you will be able to find better service, but seeing as customer service is just at a all time low, that might be hard. Pros: The Price Cons: Calling you early in the morning. 1st visit was unprofessional ; scheduled 1-3pm,arrived 4:23pm & left @ 4:55pm,using cut off time as excuse not to re-do area. 2 days return with no plans of re-servicing ; saying carpet too worn on a 3yr old carpeted home!? owner ( by phone) refused to view pictures or come out herself ! SPOT CLEANED A 18X24 AREA AND DID NOT WAIT TO SEE THE TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE IT MADE ,ONLY LEFT AN OUTDATED 16OZ.
