The company very clearly charges for an area. They very strict guidelines about areas, i.e., 12 steps is 1 area, I needed 14 steps cleaned, which was considered 2 areas, as well as the landing area which is 3 areas. They were a little late, but did a great job cleaning my carpet. They provided me with a gurantee, if the carpet is not cleaned to my satisfaction, they will re-clean for free withn 10 days. By far better than most major name brand carpet cleaing companies. My family consists of 2 parents, 2 children, which will give you some insight into how dirty my ""cream"" colored carpet was.
