As the other reviewers have said, Candice and her team are hands down the best agents I have worked with. Regardless of my question, I get a personal response, typically from Candice herself, within hours. I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced and after providing me with a vendor (window was repaired within 2 days!), I got a call from her office asking whether I was satisfied with the work done and their recommendation of the contractor. Then last week I was blown away when one of her staff called to scheduled a meeting to review my policy after the first year and ensure I'm happy with everything. I've been driving for 10 years and that's the first for any agent I've had! Absolutely fabulous! Walked in 30 minutes until closing and Pamela stayed an hour after they closed to make sure that we had all of our ducks in a row! Haven't made a claim yet, but Candice gave us her cell phone number to call in any emergency, and I know Pamela would answer ANY questions we tossed her way! LOVED how we got treated! more

The short version: Candice rocks. Her office is open all the time, and she is the first insurance agent who gave me her cell phone number. When my bike was stolen last year (very expensive bike), Candice stepped in to expedite the claims process, cut through red tape, and got me a check in a couple of days. My new one is State Farm colors, white with red trim. I have referred my brother, girlfriend, and several other friends to Candice and her team, and they all rave about her. more

I've been with State Farm for 15 years for my autos, and had never met or been contacted by my agent.  I decided to change to Candice's office and have had a great experience.  They closely evaluated all of my current policies and made sure that I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't.  I was also able to move my homeowners insurance over from another company and save money.  Unfortunately, it didn't take very long for me to have to file my first claim, my car was stolen, and they handled the claim quickly and efficiently, following up with me frequently to make sure everything was ok.  I get the impression they are willing to go beyond expectations to make sure I'm taken care of. more

My husband and I were terrified when we had a tree fall on our house and into our living room on labor day morning at 3 am. I didn't know what to do! Then I remembered Candice had given us her cell to call for emergencies. We called her, on a Sunday, at 3 am and SHE ANSWERED!! She was in Chico at the time on vacation and she drove down, at 3 in the morning to be with us and help us shift through the mess. I didn't know that service like this existed, especially this day in age. We will be forever loyal to Candice and State Farm. She definitely went above and beyond when we needed her most.
