My husband and I were terrified when we had a tree fall on our house and into our living room on labor day morning at 3 am. I didn't know what to do! Then I remembered Candice had given us her cell to call for emergencies. We called her, on a Sunday, at 3 am and SHE ANSWERED!! She was in Chico at the time on vacation and she drove down, at 3 in the morning to be with us and help us shift through the mess. I didn't know that service like this existed, especially this day in age. We will be forever loyal to Candice and State Farm. She definitely went above and beyond when we needed her most. Thank you Candice!!!
