As the other reviewers have said, Candice and her team are hands down the best agents I have worked with. Regardless of my question, I get a personal response, typically from Candice herself, within hours. I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced and after providing me with a vendor (window was repaired within 2 days!), I got a call from her office asking whether I was satisfied with the work done and their recommendation of the contractor. Then last week I was blown away when one of her staff called to scheduled a meeting to review my policy after the first year and ensure I'm happy with everything. I've been driving for 10 years and that's the first for any agent I've had! It's clear that Candice and her group have their act together, understand the business, and more importantly, understand client service.
