Not on time, work was just okay 6/22/2013

I have a rental in Phoenix and went on line to make an appointment. I filled in the info for quote and got a call. I explained it was a rental with tenants living in the rental and wanted the windows cleaned, Appointment was made services explained. On Tuesday 6/11 I arrived at the renal before 8:00am where all of my tenants and their kids were awake. No sign of Squeaky Kleen for the 8:00am appointment they made. I waited until 9:00am before I called and asked what was going on just to be told that the team had taken another appointment before me...really no call, and no apology. Even when their team did arrive at 9:42am there was no apology. In 45 minutes they were done and started to leave. I inspected all windows to find 2 screens/outside windows not cleaned in the back of the house. They came back in, did the screens and the windows then left. When I paid the gentleman had a flyer in his hand that was asking for feed back, he never handed it to me. I am all about being loyal and giving great companies my business. I am greatly disappointed by my experience with this company. more

Alex's crew 6/20/2013

This is the first time I've ever had my windows done by anyone except myself and wow what a great job. I was nervous about not being as good as I liked or screens being bent but no problem Fast, efficient and professional. I thought price was reasonable and fair. I don't think I'll ever was my windows again myself. more

Dean and Fernando were at our house 10 minutes early. Fernando immediately started to work outside and after Dean introduced himself very politely he began to work inside. Both men were polite and professional and they finished the windows in 1 and1/2 hours. They did an excellent job on the windows and screens and we were very pleased. Needless to say, we would recommend SqueekyKleen to our friends. We also appreciate the fact that you offer a discount and accept credit cards. more

I am a first-time Squeeky Kleen customer. Dean, Fernando and Speedy did such a wonderful job that I will be a repeat customer in the future. My windows and screens had not been cleaned in too many years for me to admit. This crew did an outstanding job making those windows sparkle and the screens dust free. They were early for the appointment (after calling to ensure that worked for me) and had the entire house completed in just a little more than an hour ... it would have taken me at least a day and a half to do both the inside and out myself. I definitely recommend Squeaky Kleen the next time you need your windows cleaned. more
