It 's not that often in the 8 years I have been living in Arizona that a service has impressed me. This is the third year I have used your company and the second time that the crew chief Ken has managed the job. The extra mile that Ken went to make sure everything was done right is refreshing. He made me feel that he cared about my windows as if it was his house. That's a hard thing to fake. When my windows get dirty and I know they will you will get the call. This is my 3rd time using Squeeky Kleen and I thought I had gotten okay service, but absolutely this is the happiest I have ever been with the company. I made the appointment about a month ago and since then have had 2 people tell me they would never use this company again. I was amazed at the actions of their crew(s) and the hurried inept service they received. I did not experience that because of Danny Havellana, the supervisor and his crew Matt and Fernando. Danny was very personable, professional and over the top when it came to the service. He handled the inside and he even took my 2 sets of double windowed Pella doors apart to clean the insides which shocked me because I was told by the last supervisor they were impossible to clean because they didn't come apart. I am ecstatic that I can now see out my back door!!!! Danny and crew went way beyond expectations for me. Actually, I think Danny should be a trainer teaching people how to do the job as he truly knows what he is doing and how to make a customer happy. That is something that can be taught - I was in business for many years in charge of people that had to have that knowledge. I will be a repeat customer if I can have Danny and his crew back again. Excellent job by Danny and his crew member. Called to find out if they could arrive earlier than scheduled which way fine by me. Worked efficiently and quickly. A great job in and out, sun screens look great too! Very happy with this company and would use and recommend them to friends, family and business associates. Alex and his crew ran into a little delay on their way to my home but called me to let me know they'd be a little late-- much appreciated! Our windows, ceiling fans, and ducts are indeed "squeeky kleen". Our sliding glass doors and screen doors all open and close more freely, now that the door jams and runners are clean. Alex spent a little extra time on a particularly challenging, grimy ceiling fan. It appears as though a habbob might roll in to town tonight so Ted has assured me that the company will honor a rain check as we get closer to showing our home for sale. more
