I have a rental in Phoenix and went on line to make an appointment. I filled in the info for quote and got a call. I explained it was a rental with tenants living in the rental and wanted the windows cleaned, Appointment was made services explained. On Tuesday 6/11 I arrived at the renal before 8:00am where all of my tenants and their kids were awake. No sign of Squeaky Kleen for the 8:00am appointment they made. I waited until 9:00am before I called and asked what was going on just to be told that the team had taken another appointment before me...really no call, and no apology. Even when their team did arrive at 9:42am there was no apology. In 45 minutes they were done and started to leave. I inspected all windows to find 2 screens/outside windows not cleaned in the back of the house. They came back in, did the screens and the windows then left. When I paid the gentleman had a flyer in his hand that was asking for feed back, he never handed it to me. I am all about being loyal and giving great companies my business. I am greatly disappointed by my experience with this company.
