Our windows washed on May 7, 2013; Windows looked great, but that very afternoon, we noticed a screen frame that was cracked/broken by someone on the team (most likely when trying to remove the screen). We called the office and left a message, but never heard back. We called again, and was told they'd have someone come out and take the screen to be fixed, and would get back to us to set up a time. That was over a week ago...still haven't heard back from them. VERY unprofessional -- didn't let us know about damage, and now just unresponsive. WILL NOT RECOMMEND...and will tell ALL our friends the story.
