Vinny and Brett did a great job! They were on time, finished within the time they had estimated and left everything looking even better than I had expected. The customer-friendly estimate page on the Squeegee-Pro website was easy and accurate. The actual charge for the job was a few dollars lower than my estimate and there was no effort to push for unwanted or unnecessary upgrades. I only wish I could find other companies and their employees who are this good! more

Our realtor suggested Squeege Pro. They guys did a great job, our tracks were nasty and they looked great when the crew was done. Having the windows done made the pictures look better for the flyers, it was worth it. more

Here is what I liked:\r \r 1. Answered my call on the first ring, answered all my questions, and gave me a reasonable price range.\r \r 2. Guy showed up on time, in uniform, and he was super nice and respectful of my property. The service included both sides of the window, the screens, and sills and track cleaning.\r \r 3. The windows look amazing!\r \r 4. The office called and gave me a confirmation call the day before the appointment to remind me.\r \r 5. The day after the cleaning, they called to follow up and ensure my satisfaction--I thought that was really professional.\r \r The only thing I didn't like is that I can't afford to have them come out more often! It's worth it, I'm going to try to have it done bi-annually. I would highly recommend this company, they go the extra mile. more

We desperatley needed our gutters cleaned, I had been putting it off for so long, dreading the cost. Finally I called Squeegee Pro. They were really nice and explained the pricing, and that they have the tools and ladders to do the job correctly and safely.\r \r After the big rainy week we just had, I decided to go for it. The guy arrived right on time, and he had all the right tools, including two ladders, plenty of bags for debris, and special scoopers to get the gunk out quick. For $150 bucks it was well worth the piece of mind to know the gutters are cleared out. more

I called Squeegee Pro and they quickly gave me a quote right over the phone. I was relieved they didn't have to come out do an estimate, as I'm often not home. The lady gave me a range, about $150-200 based on our 2,00 square foot home. \r \r The following day a crew showed up on time, and boy did they bust their butts. Before the began, they counted up the windows and let me know the price: it was $186. Then they got to work. They really hustled, they have this water-fed pole system for the outside that looks like a beast to handle, the other guy went inside and cleaned the interiors of each window with squeegees. They even cleaned the screens.\r \r Before they left, they asked me to look around and make sure everyone looked good. The windows looked great and they worked so hard, I gave them $10 each. They did a great job. more

I've never had my windows washed, so I was a little bit concerned about the service the company would provide, and of course, what it would cost.\r \r When I called, the lady who answered was very gracious, patientially answering all my annoying questions about whether they clean the screens (they do) and the tracks (they do). \r \r My questions persisted. Are they insured? Yes. How do they reach the high windows? The crews have ladders on each truck. How long does it take? 2-3 hours for 20 windows. Can I get an in-person estimate? Of course. Plus, the price was reasonable.\r \r When the crew arrived on Tuesday morning, they knocked on the door and introduced themselves. I didn't bother with an in-person estimate, so the crew went around and counted all the windows before starting. There were a few more windows that I was orginally quoted, but the office manager assured me on the phone that may happen.\r \r Service included cleaning the inside and outside of each window, cleaning those darn screens, and wiping the sills and tracks. I was mightly impressed. \r \r The crew used a water-fed poll on the exterior of the windows and uses it to ""scrub"" them clean with de-ionized water. I'll admit I was suspicious, as water dripped all over the windows. But the crew explained it is de-ionized water, purified on special tanks in each truck, and is harmless to all plants and surfaces. Miracle of miracles, it dried spot-free, just as they said it would!\r \r The team who came to my house was really nice, politely removing their shoes when they entered the house, and making sure I checked each window to be satisfied before they left. They were so nice!\r \r One day prior to my appointment, the office called to confirm their arrival time. The day following service someone called me to follow up and ensure everything went well. \r \r This company is really working hard and I applaud their efforts. I will certainly be a repeat customer and plan to tell all my friends about them. My windows are so clean they sparkle! more

I can't believe that this company could get a bad review, they must be lies. The staff at Squeegee Pro was great. The crew, (2 guys) were clean, on time and spoke English. We have used them for years, and I wanted to make sure that they got a good review. They are insured, so that is why we use them. We have never had a mishap, especially like some of the far fetched ones described! Pros: They were on time, clean, and did a great job. more

Squeegee Pro came out to clean the windows on my two story home. My car was parked in the driveway at the time. The next day, I noticed damage on my hood and fender. A few days later, one of my neighbors said she saw the window cleaner drop the ladder on my car and jump off the roof. $1200 in damage. The company refused to fix it. Bad window cleaning and a damaged car? Take my advice and choose another company. Cons: Just awful. Completely unprofessional. more

Squeegee Pro did a great job washing my windows. I like the simple ""per window"" fee. Any size window, and up to 3 stories are the same price. Just count your windows and add it up, it was that simple. They also did the screens and wiped the tracks and sills. The crew and office staff was very professional. Pros: Simple fee structure Cons: None. more

I highly recommend squeegee pro, they are nice people. When I called the receptionist answered my call and was very very nice and polite, we should have more people like that, she answered all my questions and gave me a fair estimate. They send the crew to my home and they were very professional, they did more than what I was expecting, my windows looked brilliant, and i will definitely use them again. They are very honest, and don't put extra charges like others do and don't tell you. I was aware of every charge it was made. You can definitely trust this guys, since first impression says a lot. These guys were great. Fast, and not a spot left on any windows!! They also cleaned my mini blinds, mirrors, and did some pressure washing on my patio for my party. The price was right also. Highly recommended. Pros: Relaible, fast, and good price. Cons: None. more

I called the office, and they sounded very professional. They are fully insured, and they use only their employees, not sub contractors (like so many are). They were on time, very fast, clean, and spoke English. They did my windows, skylight, blinds, a high light fixture and ceiling fan that was dirty, and mirrors. I plan to have them back to clean out my rain gutters and do some pressure washing. Highly recommended. Pros: All good. Delivered on their promises. more

I hosted a wedding reception and needed everything perfect. The guys we great, and no damage to my screens! They cleaned my windows fast, and I got on with my party! Pros: Fast and didn't damage anything. more

The crew arrived on time, spoke English, and went above and beyond a normal window cleaning (including removing all spots on my windows from my sprinklers). They cleaned my blinds, mirrors, and high chandelier as well. I asked them back a week later to pressure clean my house and patio. The house looks wonderful. The pricing was very fair, and they did not try to up the price. I will use them again, and recommended them to my friends. Pros: All good more

After tearing a large hole in our family room screen while cleaning our window, we called for a week before they sent someone out to pick it up. It was to have been returned in two days, but after three I called and was told it would be another week and if I didn't like it, tough. I then got a mobile screen company to do the work in a day for $40, faxed them the bill and they refused to pay it. Their expectation was that in the middle of summer we should be without use of our family room screen for 17 days while they took their time getting our screen fixed, if at all.\r Don't use these people, no professionalism at all! more

Took the time to answer the phone, and when he found out I was deaf did not take my call. He should not have answered the phone if he was not willing to take my call. I will find service else where. more

Be careful what you ask for. They claimed there was ""hard water"" on the window. They say this does not count as ""dirt"" so they didn't clean it. We took it off with a paper towel and vinegar. Also, there was some food on the inside of one of the windows. They didn't get it off. We did with a paper towel and vinegar. Otherwise, the crew was professional and on time. The crew was clearly disappointed that we were not satisfied, but when we called their boss, he said they were only there to clean the ""dirt"" off the windows. Tell that to my wife on the day before a party! Pros: Modern equipment, professional crew. Cons: They quibbled about the definition of ""clean"" - left lime scale and food on the windows. more

Very pleased with the attitide and service provided. Friendly, on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Would use again. No hidden charges as they were upfront about costs. My daughter has also used them twice and was very happy. I loved that they took off their shoes before coming into the house and put down a protector for the floor in front of windows to be washed. I felt comfortable enough to leave the house and go to the store!!!!I was extrememly surprised to see the negative review on this site and would vehemently disagree.
