After tearing a large hole in our family room screen while cleaning our window, we called for a week before they sent someone out to pick it up. It was to have been returned in two days, but after three I called and was told it would be another week and if I didn't like it, tough. I then got a mobile screen company to do the work in a day for $40, faxed them the bill and they refused to pay it. Their expectation was that in the middle of summer we should be without use of our family room screen for 17 days while they took their time getting our screen fixed, if at all.\r Don't use these people, no professionalism at all! more
