1. Answered my call on the first ring, answered all my questions, and gave me a reasonable price range.\r

2. Guy showed up on time, in uniform, and he was super nice and respectful of my property. The service included both sides of the window, the screens, and sills and track cleaning.\r

3. The windows look amazing!\r

4. The office called and gave me a confirmation call the day before the appointment to remind me.\r
\r
5. The day after the cleaning, they called to follow up and ensure my satisfaction--I thought that was really professional.\r

The only thing I didn't like is that I can't afford to have them come out more often! It's worth it, I'm going to try to have it done bi-annually. I would highly recommend this company, they go the extra mile.
