Be careful what you ask for. They claimed there was ""hard water"" on the window. They say this does not count as ""dirt"" so they didn't clean it. We took it off with a paper towel and vinegar. Also, there was some food on the inside of one of the windows. They didn't get it off. We did with a paper towel and vinegar. Otherwise, the crew was professional and on time. The crew was clearly disappointed that we were not satisfied, but when we called their boss, he said they were only there to clean the ""dirt"" off the windows. Tell that to my wife on the day before a party!
Pros: Modern equipment, professional crew.
Cons: They quibbled about the definition of ""clean"" - left lime scale and food on the windows.
